Hey there, my name is Ryan and I was just like you at one point evaluating different web hosts to find not only who offered the lowest pricing on web hosting, but to find out who had the best overall service, customer support, and limited downtime.
I can honestly say that I have tried over 7 different web hosting companies over the years for me and my customers. A few were all out nightmares with my website being down for over 4 days, to losing valuable data because the host “moved” my site without my knowledge. Talk about frustrating!

The outages and downtime have been very, very minimal over the years. The one downside I would say is that they haven’t been very communicative when there is downtime. I later found out that this was my own fault, because they have information in their forums about downtime and now they even sent out newsletters. So, I guess its no longer that big of deal…especially since it is rare that there is an actual outage.
I have also had several online chat’s with technical support when I needed something specific and didn’t know how to accomplish it. Support was always able to help me get it resolved typically within a few minutes.
To make a very long story short, they have consistently performed for my needs and their pricing and services can’t be beat in my own opinion.
Now on top of all of that they provide coupon codes for those who want to try out their services.
The first one saves you 20% on your first order, this one would be handy if you were paying for a full year or a couple of years in advance because it will save you the most money.
